The 2010 FIFA World Cup will be the 19th World Cup, the premier international soccer (or football if you prefer!) tournament. It will take place between 11 June and 11 July 2010 in South Africa.
This will be the first time that the tournament has been hosted by an African nation, after South Africa beat out Morocco and Egypt for hosting rights. Italy is the defending champion.
I will be working most of June and July this year. I'm glad to have work in this economy, but I really want to watch the World Cup. Several of my soccer-nut friends are in the same situation. We were talking the other day about how to watch the World Cup online.

With no TV at work, we were trying to figure out if we could watch the World Cup online over the internet.
With a little bit of research, we figured it out. You can watch the World Cup online if you have a few things set up first:
--you need broadband Internet connection (DSL, Cable, etc.)
--you need software to let you watch TV online
The best way to watch the World Cup online is with Satellite Direct software. It works like a charm. And, it's not just for the World Cup. See, Satellite Direct has over 3,500 channels to watch! And, there are no monthly subscriptions like cable or satellite TV!
So, if you're working a lot during the World Cup this year, you can still watch the World Cup online. Just get your own copy of Satellite Direct and you're all set! It's your best bet for watching the World Cup online!
